Confirmation of the technical appraisal for maintenance and repair of freight cars and addition to the list of "technically appraised shops". R.B.S. was assigned Shop Number 132. This authorization also includes carrying out undercarriage inspections (G4.2 and G4.8) as well as tank car tests.
